Pop Farms Hawai‘i – Refund and Exchange Policy
At Pop Farms Hawai‘i, we take pride in the quality of our teas, honey, plants, and farm products. This Refund & Exchange Policy explains what items may be returned or exchanged and under what conditions. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Ready‑to‑Drink Teas
All bottled, ready‑to‑drink teas are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Dried Tea (Bagged Tea)
Unopened or opened bags cannot be returned or refunded.
If tea bags are compromised, defective, or not functioning as intended, an exchange may be granted within 48 hours of purchase.
Tea Accessories
All tea accessories are final sale.
If a glass cup or accessory arrives broken or becomes damaged during normal use shortly after purchase, please reach out to us so we can assist you.
Plants and Fresh Herbs
All plants and fresh herbs are final sale.
If a plant does not survive, it may be exchanged or eligible for store credit at our discretion.
Honey
All honey products are final sale.
If honey ferments due to high humidity or natural environmental factors, an exchange or store credit will be provided. A replacement jar will be issued during the next harvest.
